Previously, on the evening of October 28, at the Km262+500 Suspension Bridge (section passing through Xuan Truong ward), a serious landslide occurred. Several pine trees were uprooted and fell onto the road, posing a potential safety risk to people and vehicles.

Immediately after the incident, authorities deployed remote traffic control and guided vehicles to alternative routes to ensure safety.

National Highway 20 through D'ran Pass limits traffic to ensure safety.

This morning, Project Management Board 85 ( Ministry of Construction ) coordinated with the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province to conduct a field survey and develop a plan to overcome the landslide in the D'ran pass area.

The landslide occurred at night, causing difficulties in site clearance work.

Notably, in recent days, prolonged heavy rain has caused landslides to occur continuously on many mountain passes in Lam Dong province and inter-provincial connections such as Song Pha pass, Dai Ninh pass, Gia Bac pass, etc., disrupting traffic and posing a potential risk of accidents.
