That is the curiosity of many audiences who love Thanh Tung's music . Singer Thanh Lam along with Lan Nha, Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Luong Khanh Nhi, Quyen Thien Dac will join the music night Thanh Tung Legacy of Love at Hoan Kiem Theater ( Hanoi ) on January 11 and 12, 2025.

According to the original plan, the program would take place only one night on September 15, but due to the impact of storm number 3, the music night was postponed.

"In response to the audience's affection for the musician, expressed through messages sent to the family and the organizers, we have decided to organize two shows instead of one as previously announced," said a representative of the musician's family.

In the next two concerts, singer Uyen Linh will be absent due to previous schedules.

Thanh Lam once made the audience "addicted" when singing Thanh Tung's music.

In 1991, Thanh Lam won the grand prize in the second National Pop Music Solo Competition with a record score (6 out of 10 from 6 judges). In the final night, she sang two songs, including "Giọt Nắng Bến Thè" by musician Thanh Tung.

She also brought this song to the 1996 Fukuoka Asian Pop Festival held in Japan. 3 years later, Thanh Lam did the live show You and I with the band Phuong Dong - also her second tour across Vietnam.

In the late 1990s to early 2000s, Thanh Lam "caused a fever" at the Blue Wave program with many songs, including Thanh Tung's songs: Drops of sunshine on the doorstep, Purple flowers outside the yard, You and I ...

In Thanh Lam's albums such as Lullaby for You, You and I, Aspiration, Old Lam ..., his music seems to be present and accompanying. Thanh Lam once called Thanh Tung her teacher.

Thanh Lam's voice at that time was considered to be captivatingly beautiful, boldly individual and full of instinct. She was "Vietnam's leading technical pop singer" (musician Duong Thu).

To this day, Thanh Lam is still one of the leading singers of Vietnamese pop music. Every time she goes on stage, the artist still surprises many people with her endless energy. But as time goes on, many audiences can no longer listen to Thanh Lam because she sings too passionately, shows off her technique and lacks restraint.

Commenting on the video "Giọt nắng ben tham" (live show "You and I" , posted on the singer's YouTube channel), audience member tranthanhnha9062 commented that songs like "Hoa tim ngoai san" and "Giọt nắng ben tham" seemed to be specially tailored for singer Thanh Lam.

"If Thanh Lam did not overuse screaming vocals, her class and the audience would not have given her the title of diva. With the song "Giọt Nắng Bến Khến" (Sunshine Drops on the Threshold ), she made listeners addicted. If she kept singing like this, she would have no rivals."

According to information from the organizers of the Thanh Tung Legacy of Love program, through the arrangements of musician Tran Manh Hung, the audience will experience new emotions from familiar songs that Thanh Lam has performed.

Thanh Tung's music will be renewed.

In this music night, musician Thanh Tung's works will be performed in a classical crossover style, both classical and contemporary.

The Sun Symphony Orchestra, with nearly 70 talented artists, has been expanded to enhance the richness and harmony of its tones.

This is also a rare occasion that the orchestra has performed a full night of music honoring a Vietnamese musician, showing respect for Thanh Tung's musical heritage.

The program is led by conductor Olivier Ochanine with musical direction by musician Tran Manh Hung.

In the program, many works are performed with different instruments, the singers' voices are seen as a special natural instrument, indistinguishable from other instruments.
