Admission methods and procedures for supplementary and replacement selection
- Implement the recruitment method and selection process as stipulated in Guidance Document No. 05/HD-BCA-X02 of 2024 issued by the Ministry of Public Security on the recruitment of police officers in 2024.
Candidates can register for a maximum of 3 admission preferences, including school codes and major codes. The priority order for admission is as follows: Preference 1, Preference 2, Preference 3. Priority is given to the major and school applied to in the first round.
- If there are no candidates who meet the admission criteria for each method, the selection method based on test scores will be used, selecting candidates from highest to lowest until all quotas are filled. The selection score is the score from the Ministry of Public Security's entrance examination (on a 100-point scale) plus regional priority points, priority points for specific groups as stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training , and bonus points as prescribed by the Ministry of Public Security.
The formula is as follows:
DXT = BTBCA + DC*10/3 , where:
+ Admission Score : Admission score
+ BTBCA : score from the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test.
+ Priority points : regional priority points, priority points for specific groups, and bonus points. In cases where multiple candidates have the same admission score, and admitting all of them would exceed the allocated quota, admission will be determined in the following order:
+ Firstly, candidates will be selected based on their scores in the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test, from highest to lowest, until the quota is filled;
Secondly, candidates will be ranked from highest to lowest scores on the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test until all positions are filled.
If, after considering all the above criteria, the target is still exceeded, during the evaluation of the scoring plan, X02 will coordinate with X01 to report to the Ministry's leadership for a decision.
Application fee: 20,000 VND per application.
