Teachers can allow students to use phones to support learning activities if they see fit, but must still design lesson plans that do not require all students to have phones, ensuring that students without phones can still study.

Recently, the tightening of the management of cell phones in schools has been implemented by many localities and received the agreement and support from teachers and parents. A few days ago, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training also issued a similar document, requiring educational institutions in the system to strictly manage the use of cell phones and electronic devices in schools.
