The Department of Industry and Trade participated in training on state management of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue for leaders of the People's Committees at the commune level.

Implementing Plan No. 230/KH-UBND dated September 3, 2025 of the People's Committee of Lang Son province promulgating the Plan to implement Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP dated May 15, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue; Plan No. 263/KH-UBND dated October 7, 2025 of the People's Committee of Lang Son province promulgating the Plan to train on state management of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue for leaders of the People's Committees at the commune level.

On November 4 , 2025, in coordination with the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC-CNCH) - Provincial Police and related agencies, the Department of Industry and Trade of Lang Son province assigned a reporter to prepare documents to participate in lectures and convey training content on state management of fire prevention, fighting and rescue to the leaders of the People's Committee at the commune level .

At the training session, based on the functions of the specialized construction agency, the reporter presented the contents related to the responsibility for implementing fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue work according to the functions of the specialized construction agency, including: Design appraisal, inspection of fire prevention and fighting acceptance work according to the functions of the specialized construction agency; Fire prevention and fighting inspection work for facilities according to the provisions of points g and h, Clause 1, Article 13 of Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP; Review of compliance with regulations on safe management of electricity use to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP; responsibilities of local authorities in organizing propaganda, guidance, and inspection of compliance with legal regulations on safe use of electricity; Responsibility for coordinating, directing and guiding electricity retailers to comply with legal regulations on technical management and electrical safety during the investment, installation, connection and operation of the power system in the area.

At the end of the training course, with the content conveyed by the reporter, the participants were equipped and updated with knowledge, legal regulations, standards, and new technical regulations on fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue; improving the capacity and expertise of leaders and civil servants of the People's Committee at the commune level in state management of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue in communes and wards in the province.
