Mid-term review of the implementation of the 12th Provincial Women's Delegation Resolution, term 2021-2026

In the past half term, the Provincial Women's Union at all levels focused on achieving and surpassing 7/8 groups of targets; 2 breakthroughs, 1 emulation movement, 1 campaign and 3 key tasks. The work of the Union and the women's movement has been innovated in content and methods, promoting the role and tasks in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women. The work of supporting women to develop comprehensively, building prosperous, happy, progressive and civilized families has been effectively implemented through the emulation movement "Building Vietnamese women of the new era", the campaign "Building families of 5 no's, 3 clean" and "Families of 5 yes's, 3 clean". The work of caring for women and disadvantaged children has been promoted through programs such as: Godmothers, millions of gifts to share love, accompanying women in coastal areas, Shelters of Love, social security and charity activities. The work of social supervision and criticism, participation in Party building and political system building has been gradually improved in quality.

Innovate the content and methods of operation according to the motto of focusing on the grassroots, building a strong organization; apply information technology, social networks, media, gathering women on cyberspace; effectively implement programs and projects approved by the Government; build new models, practical and effective in economic development to support women in difficult circumstances to rise up in life, escape poverty sustainably. Timely detect, nurture, advise the Party Committee on planning, training, promoting, and appointing virtuous and talented female cadres to leadership and management positions, creating opportunities for women to exercise their equal rights and affirm their position in society. Leaders of the Provincial Women's Union awarded Certificates of Merit from the Central Women's Union to individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing union work and women's movements in 2023.

On this occasion, 3 individuals received certificates of merit from the Central Women's Union for their outstanding achievements in implementing union work and women's movements in 2023; 14 individuals achieved the title of "Excellent grassroots union officials" at the provincial level in the mid-term 2021-2026. At the same time, the Provincial Women's Union launched the Online Contest "Learning about the history of Ninh Thuan Women" and the Online Contest "Application of information technology in communication activities of the Women's Union at all levels"; awarded 25 million VND to grassroots unions to visit and give gifts to orphans and children in difficult circumstances.
