Market Management Team No. 8, Provincial Market Management Department in coordination with the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (PA05) - Provincial Police have just inspected and temporarily detained more than 9,000 products of unknown origin.
Market Management Team No. 8 temporarily detained all goods for verification and clarification according to the provisions of law.
According to information from the provincial Market Management Department, through local management and information gathering on social networks, the authorities discovered social network accounts on Tiktok and Facebook with the display names "Hung Quang Chau", "Hung Watch Luxury", "Binli Viet Tri" advertising and selling products with signs of counterfeit trademarks and unknown origins.
On that basis, the authorities conducted an inspection of the BINLI store owned by Ms. PTN, located at Hung Vuong Avenue, Gia Cam Ward, Viet Tri City, and searched the warehouse at the Foreign Language and Information Technology Urban Area, Gia Cam Ward, Viet Tri City.

Through inspection, the Delegation discovered over 9,000 product units bearing the trademarks: “PRADA and Image”, “DIOR and Image”, “GUCCI and Image”, “CHANEL and Image”, “MONTBLANC and Image”, “LOUIS VUITTON and Image”, “BOTTEGA VENETA and Image”, “BURBERRY and Image”, “FENDI and Image”, “HERMÈS and Image” printed directly on the product, inseparable from the product, showing signs of counterfeiting trademarks protected in Vietnam. In addition, the Delegation also discovered 65 product units, including: Thong Fashion handbags and shoes, with information on the product label that has no basis to determine the origin, place of manufacture or origin of the goods.
At the time of inspection, the business owner could not present invoices or documents proving the legal origin of the goods. Market Management Team No. 8 temporarily detained all of the above goods and coordinated with Department PA05 - Phu Tho Provincial Police to verify and clarify the case according to the provisions of law.
