Tam Ky promotes skills to prevent abuse and violence for students

(QNO) - The Office of the People's Council - People's Committee and the Department of Justice of Tam Ky City have just coordinated to organize a series of propaganda programs to prevent abuse, violence, injuries, drowning and child labor at primary and secondary schools in the city.

The program was launched in early April 2025, attracting more than 5,000 students to participate. They learned about the Law on Children, the Law on Cyber ​​Security, the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention, regulations on child labor prevention, injury prevention, drowning prevention, and online abuse and violence prevention.

Through visual forms such as skits, question-and-answer situations, instructions on practicing escape skills, identifying risks of abuse, accidents, etc., students are raised in awareness and self-protection capacity.

The program will continue to be promoted in primary and secondary schools in the city until September 2025. The program not only contributes to raising students' awareness of self-protection but also spreads the message of the concern and responsibility of the whole society in protecting and caring for children, contributing to building a friendly school environment and preventing risks of harm to children.
