Increase 182 billion VND of central capital for the Kim Thanh interchange project

According to the approved investment capital structure, the project has 1,000 billion VND from the central budget and 867 billion VND from the Hai Duong provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period.

After adjustment, the central budget increased by nearly 182 billion VND and the Hai Duong province budget invested in the project decreased by 182 billion VND. Other contents remained unchanged.

The reason for the adjustment is that compared to the 5-year central budget capital plan (2021-2025) assigned to the province, there is still surplus capital and no need to use it, with a total capital of nearly 182 billion VND.

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has requested the Ministry of Planning and Investment to review, agree, and submit to the Government and the Prime Minister a decision to adjust and reduce nearly VND 182 billion in the central budget capital plan for the 5 years of 2021-2025 to supplement the above project.
