Accordingly, the unit has advised the Department of Justice to submit to the Provincial People's Committee a plan to implement the Legal Aid Development Strategy and Resolution No. 03/2022/NQ-HDND (dated November 4, 2022) of the Provincial People's Council, focusing on the following tasks: Providing legal aid services   ensure quality and efficiency; communicate about the Law on Legal Aid   2017 and Resolution No. 03/2022/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council; implementing TGPL   at the grassroots level; improve and enhance the operational efficiency of the Inter-sectoral Coordination Council on TGPL   in litigation activities; improve the quality of human resources implementing legal aid, update and publish the list of organizations implementing legal aid   in the area and publicly post administrative procedures in the field of legal aid; integrate and combine legal aid activities   with the implementation of projects and policies for special subjects.

Communication work on TGPL   always focused on implementing TGPL policy   to the poor, ethnic minorities and other vulnerable groups. In the first 6 months of 2025, the center compiled and published 3,500 legal aid handbooks for ethnic minorities on marriage and family, and 6,500 pocket books with questions and answers on legal aid.   and 38,000 legal brochures to provide free of charge to people across the province.

Communication work on TGPL   Litigation activities are still maintained regularly according to the activities of the Inter-sectoral Coordination Council on Legal Aid.   In the province's litigation activities, 100% of the headquarters of the litigation agencies, detention centers, and temporary detention camps have posted information boards and message boxes about TGPL.   and provide legal brochures, legal aid request forms, and a list of legal aid providers.   for people to learn when needed.

First 6 months of 2025, implementing TGPL   81 cases, of which 80 were litigated and 1 was represented outside of litigation, 56 cases were successfully and effectively handled. Of these, the total number of TGPL cases   for ethnic minorities in communes, villages, and hamlets in ethnic minority, mountainous, border, and island areas according to Resolution No. 03/2022/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council is 26 cases/26 people.
