Along with that, disabled people themselves must also strive to complete assigned work, comply with company rules and regulations. Thereby, businesses will change their perspective on the capacity of disabled people, including the ability to participate in work and the ability to coordinate in groups. Hopefully, young people with disabilities will be more confident, enthusiastic in finding opportunities for themselves, inspiring disabled people who are still hesitant to find jobs, establish themselves, and start a career.
