Central Construction Group strives for total revenue of 10,000 - 12,000 billion VND in the period 2025-2030

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the afternoon of April 29, Central Construction Group Joint Stock Company (Central Construction Group) held its 5th Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Attending the Congress were representatives of Thanh Hoa City leaders, Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh Branch, and Provincial Business Association.

Mr. Mai Xuan Thong, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Central Construction Group spoke at the congress.

The Party Committee of the Central Construction Group is a grassroots Party organization in a non-state enterprise, with 79 Party members operating in 6 affiliated Party cells.

Implementing the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term in stable political and social conditions, the trust of cadres, party members and workers in the leadership of the Party has been increasingly consolidated. However, the Party Committee has also encountered many difficulties due to the impact of the global economic recession; the severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic since the beginning of the term; site clearance for some projects has been slow; prices of some materials have fluctuated sharply towards increasing, which has strongly impacted production and business activities.

In that context, with the attention, leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, City Party Committee, City People's Committee, the coordination and support of departments, branches, sectors, Party Committee, Board of Directors, Board of Management and all cadres, party members and employees of the Group have always been united, proactive, creative, overcome difficulties, successfully completed the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 4th Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

Notably, the total revenue for 5 years reached over 10,222 billion VND, an increase of 2.23% compared to the set target. The Group participated in bidding for 39 projects; won 27 projects, including many large, key projects of the province.

The Group has fulfilled its tax obligations to the State as well as paid social insurance for employees at 100% of the plan. In 2024, the average income of employees will reach 9 million VND/person/month, an increase of 28.5% compared to the beginning of the term. Notably, in the past 5 years, the Central Construction Group has also supported the social protection fund and participated in social security work with a total amount of more than 39 billion VND.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of the Central Construction Group will continue to improve its leadership capacity and fighting strength; promote the tradition of solidarity and creativity; promote democracy and discipline to develop sustainable enterprises; improve the business environment, enhance competitiveness combined with expanding joint ventures, associations, innovation and creativity to direct production and business activities.

The Group strives for a total revenue of VND 10,000 - 12,000 billion in the 2025-2030 term; fulfills its budget payment obligations as prescribed; creates jobs and increases income for workers; focuses on building a clean and strong Party and mass organization and actively participates in social security work.
