Training for 100% of subjects implementing the Capital Law 2024

Kinhtedothi - On January 7, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 09/KH-UBND to train on the Capital Law and documents implementing the Capital Law in the city.

The plan aims to organize training on the Law on the Capital and documents implementing the Law on the Capital according to specialized fields; continue to create a strong change in awareness, raise awareness of law compliance of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people in implementing the Law on the Capital and documents implementing the Law on the Capital, contributing to promoting the completion of the goals of building and developing the Capital associated with organizing the implementation of Resolution No. 15-NQ/TU of the Politburo , the Hanoi Capital Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 and the Project to Adjust the General Planning of the Hanoi Capital to 2045, vision to 2065.

The Hanoi People's Committee requires that 100% of documents implementing the Capital Law must be trained for the subjects performing the tasks. The training must be proactive, regular, targeted, focused, and timely to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. Organize training on the Capital Law and documents implementing the Capital Law in conjunction with information and propaganda activities.

In addition, build a team of reporters, draft specialized legal documents for training and propaganda on specialized fields of implementing the Capital Law and documents implementing the Capital Law in 2025 (in January 2025, complete the building of a team of legal reporters, complete specialized documents on specialized fields of implementing the Capital Law and 17 Resolutions on implementing the Capital Law passed at the 19th and 20th sessions of the Hanoi People's Council).

In addition, the City also organizes training conferences and in-depth training on the Capital Law and documents implementing the Capital Law in 2025 and the following years. In particular, the training conference on the 17 above-mentioned Resolutions of the City People's Council will be held in the first quarter of 2025.
