During 2 days (October 30-31), the trainees were presented with the following contents by reporters and lecturers from the Provincial Social Policy Bank and Tay Bac University: Preferential credit policies and programs of the Government ; roles and responsibilities of the Women's Union in entrustment work; management of savings and credit groups (loan review process; instructions on bookkeeping, loan file management; management of savings and credit group activities); propaganda skills, mobilizing members to join savings and credit groups and deposit savings; comprehensive financial knowledge and practice of personal financial management skills.
Training on improving delegation skills, knowledge and team management skills for branch leaders and savings and credit team leaders.

Guidance on household financial planning, reasonable spending management, saving and effective investment; access to preferential loans, management and proper use.
