Tay Ninh announces the Secretariat's Decision on personnel work

Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam presented the Decision on transfer and appointment to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, and introduced the election of Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

Tay Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet, along with Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee and representatives of the Party Committee and government of Vinh Long province attended the conference.

At the Conference, representatives of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Decisions (No. 2531-QDNS/TW) of the Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint comrade Le Van Han, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Vinh Long province, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee; transfer and appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Nguyen Thanh Tam said that, implementing the Politburo's Conclusion on the policy of arranging a number of key positions of non-local officials, considering the capacity of the staff of the provinces in the region, the Secretariat decided to transfer comrade Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province to work, appoint him to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and introduce him to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, and at the same time decided to transfer comrade Le Van Han, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2023 term, introduce him to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province.

Comrade Le Van Han, born in 1970, (from the old Tra Vinh province, now Vinh Long province) is a well-trained cadre with a Bachelor's degree in Literature Pedagogy, a Master's degree in Educational Management, and a senior political degree.

Leaders of Tay Ninh and Vinh Long provinces presented flowers to congratulate comrades Le Van Han and Nguyen Van Ut.

Comrade Le Van Han is a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and State management; has the ability to gather and unite in the collective. In all his positions, he always completes his assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the locality, agency and unit.

In his speech assigning the task, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam emphasized: "I believe that with his knowledge and past working experience, especially in key positions at the provincial level, comrade Le Van Han will soon grasp the work in the new area, promote his capacity, enthusiasm, responsibility... unite with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the successful implementation of the province's political tasks, continue to bring Tay Ninh to develop to its full potential in the new period".

Regarding Tay Ninh, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam requested comrades in the Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders at all levels and sectors in the whole Tay Ninh province to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, unity, sharing, and support comrade Le Van Han in his new position in the new locality to soon get into the rhythm of work, actively coordinate to implement and excellently complete the assigned political tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Quyet, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and commended the contributions of comrade Nguyen Van Ut in the past time to Long An and Tay Ninh provinces.

Comrade Nguyen Van Quyet believes that, with his working experience, Comrade Nguyen Van Ut will soon grasp the work in the new locality, continue to promote his capacity, intelligence, courage, enthusiasm, responsibility, and strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

At the same time, the Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee respectfully welcomed comrade Le Van Han, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh province, who was assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat to work in Tay Ninh, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and introduced to be elected as Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

With his new position in Tay Ninh province, he will make an important contribution to consolidating stability and increasing resources, spreading enthusiasm, promoting intelligence, and together with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, successfully implementing the goals set out in the Resolution of the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Van Han, Deputy Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, thanked the Secretariat for entrusting him with the important responsibility. He considered this an important milestone and a great honor in his work.

Comrade Le Van Han assured that he would always strive, be united, be exemplary, be devoted, and do his best for the development of Tay Ninh in the new period, and together with the Provincial Party Executive Committee, join hands and unite to bring the province to continue to develop dynamically and sustainably, worthy of the glorious revolutionary tradition and the people's expectations.
