On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin - 2024, this morning, February 1, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-smuggling, Trade Fraud and Counterfeit Goods Le Duc Tien visited and extended New Year greetings to units tasked with combating smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the border area, including: Dakrong District Police; Market Management Team No. 2 - Market Management Department; Drug Prevention and Control Team - Quang Tri Customs Department.

At the places visited, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the units in the past year; wished the units a warm and joyful Tet holiday.
The units are requested to continue to make efforts to overcome difficulties, successfully complete the task of combating smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in border areas; strengthen inspection, supervision, prevention and strict handling of organizations and individuals violating the law; ensure political security, social order and safety before, during and after the Lunar New Year.
