At this time, in Nhu Xuan district, there was heavy rain, the water was about 25 cm above the spillway. The authorities had posted warning signs, but Mr. Ha Van Sy still went across and unfortunately fell into the stream. Immediately after the accident, the people and the forces rescued Ha Thi Nhi and took her to the hospital for emergency treatment. At 8:12, the rescue team found the body of the victim Ha Van Sy and handed it over to the family for funeral arrangements.
