Kairan, a child prodigy, shared on his LinkedIn page that he would be joining "the coolest company on the planet" as a software engineer on the Starlink engineering team. Elon Musk's SpaceX is a rare company that does not judge a child's ability based on age.

According to the Seattle Times , Kairan is the youngest person to graduate from Santa Clara University (USA). He plans to move from Pleasanton (California) to Redmond (Washington) to start working at SpaceX. Kairan said his mother has been his strong support throughout this extraordinary journey.

According to Business Insider , his intelligence was evident from an early age. Kairan's parents revealed that he could speak in complete sentences at the age of 2. When he went to kindergarten, he often told his friends and teachers about news stories he heard on the radio. Realizing that schoolwork was not enough to "challenge" the 9-year-old boy, Kairan's parents enrolled their son in a community college in California.

Kairan says the university environment made him feel like he was at the right level.

A few months later, Quazi began interning at Intel Labs as an artificial intelligence (AI) research associate. At age 11, he officially transferred to Santa Clara University to study Computer Science and Engineering.

In 2022, Kairan spent four months as an intern at cyber intelligence firm Blackbird.AI. The young prodigy said he helped design an anomaly detection and statistics system to flag manipulated social media content.

Kairan Quazi has an IQ that is in the top 0.1% of the population. Doctors who tested Quazi's IQ said his emotional intelligence (EQ) was also surprisingly high.

In his spare time, Kairan enjoys playing Assassin's Creed , reading science fiction short stories by Philip K. Dick, and the work of financial journalist Michael Lewis.

Some say the 14-year-old prodigy is missing out on childhood, but he doesn’t think so. He says his dream is to solve challenging problems and create innovations that serve the common good. Kairan Quazi hopes to work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the next few years.
