(NLDO) – Twice behind in the final match, VTV Binh Dien Long An made a spectacular comeback to defeat LPBank Ninh Binh 3-2, successfully defending the title.

On the journey to the final match of the 2025 National Championship on the evening of October 16 at Ninh Binh Sports Stadium, VTV Binh Dien Long An only suffered a single defeat, which was in the confrontation with LPBank Ninh Binh in the first round of the group stage. That was when LPBank Ninh Binh still had striker Bich Tuyen in the squad and the young Hoa Lu ancient capital team was eager to win the championship for the second time in history.

The Southwestern team gradually got into the rhythm of the match and in the second set, they showed a determined play, combined with a relaxed mentality and spirit, to tie the score after two sets with a 25-17 win. LPBank Ninh Binh played better in the third set when they changed a few positions on the court, including veteran setter Hoai Mi and won 25-21 to take a 2-1 lead after three sets.
