Coach Mai Duc Chung: "Vietnam women's team can win more than Cambodia"
After the match with Cambodia, coach Mai Duc Chung of the Vietnamese women's team said: "Today we won big. However, I am a bit greedy, the Vietnamese women's team could have won bigger. We missed many scoring opportunities."
“Regarding the remaining opponents in Group A, including the Thai and Indonesian women's teams, I rate Thailand higher than Indonesia. Thailand's 7-0 victory over Indonesia reflects that.
This is the tournament that Thailand wants to prepare for the SEA Games and for the future. They use many young players. This team has many players that I am quite unfamiliar with,” coach Mai Duc Chung added.
