Thanh Hoa province has completed the restructuring of 8 Party groups and 3 Party committees at the provincial level; 1 Party committee, 1 department, and established 2 Party branches, merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Departments.

On the morning of February 11th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions regarding the organizational structure and personnel of Party committees and agencies under the Provincial Party Committee.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh presented the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and offered flowers to congratulate the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, announced the decisions on the termination of activities of 8 Party groups and 3 Party committees at the provincial level, including: the Party group of the Provincial People's Council; the Party group of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; the Party group of the Provincial Women's Union; the Party group of the Provincial Labor Union; the Party group of the Provincial Farmers' Association; the Party group of the Provincial Veterans' Association; the Party group of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations; the Party group of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association; the Party committee of the Provincial People's Court; the Party committee of the Provincial People's Committee; and the Party committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy.

Concluding the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and the Provincial Committee for the Protection and Care of Cadre Health; deciding to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee made decisions on the establishment of Party Committees of provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; the appointment of personnel to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, members of the Inspection Committee, Chairman, and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; and the appointment of the Head and Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.

According to the Decision on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term, Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term.

According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the appointment of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Comrade Do Minh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh acknowledged and commended the 8 Party groups, 3 provincial-level Party committees, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, and the Provincial Committee for the Protection and Care of Cadre Health for fulfilling their historical tasks and making significant contributions to the overall development of the province over the past period.

The comrade congratulated the comrades who were trusted and appointed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to participate in the leadership collectives of the newly established and merged agencies, and requested that they continue to inherit and promote the tradition of unity and solidarity, and work together with the agency's collective to successfully fulfill the assigned political tasks.

To ensure the continuous, efficient, effective, and effective operation of agencies and units, it is requested that newly established and merged agencies and organizations continue to uphold the tradition of solidarity, effort, overcoming difficulties, quickly stabilizing, focusing on implementing work according to the new organizational model, and immediately commencing operations. They must ensure the successful continuation of the tasks of the Party organizations that have ceased operations, avoiding interruptions, stagnation, or omissions of tasks, areas, and fields.

Officials assigned, transferred, and appointed to new positions should promptly focus on grasping their new roles, employing creative, innovative, and scientific leadership and work methods; continue to leverage their intellect and experience, constantly striving, exploring, learning, and enhancing their spirit and responsibility in their work; and strive to successfully complete all assigned tasks, building strong and prosperous agencies and units. During the implementation of tasks, attention should be paid to ideological work, motivating officials and Party members to proactively adapt to the new organizational model and closely coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly resolve any arising issues, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.

For the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, it is necessary to urgently consolidate advisory and support agencies and establish subordinate Party branches in accordance with regulations; submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for promulgation the working regulations, ensuring the effective performance of assigned functions and tasks. At the same time, thorough and meticulous preparation is needed to successfully organize the congresses of subordinate grassroots Party organizations and the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; in which the direction, objectives, tasks, and solutions for the next term must be determined to ensure they are consistent with the requirements of the new situation.

Specifically, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee needs to urgently lead and direct the implementation of the plan for reorganizing the administrative apparatus, specialized agencies, and public service units in the province, ensuring synchronized operation with the completion of the reorganization and streamlining of the government 's apparatus; it must be put into operation immediately, without delay, to avoid affecting the normal activities of citizens, businesses, and society.

Regarding the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, these two agencies were merged under the direction of the Central Committee and based on similar functions and tasks. We request that the department's leaders promptly issue working regulations and stabilize the organization, avoiding delays and disruptions in directing the implementation of the 2025 work plan and program; continue to effectively fulfill their function as advisory bodies to the Provincial Party Committee, directly and regularly advising the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the Party's propaganda and mass mobilization work; gradually innovate the content and methods of propaganda, improve the quality of political theory work, traditional education, guide public opinion, and protect the Party's ideological foundation; and strengthen mass mobilization work in conjunction with propaganda and mobilization of the people to effectively participate in emulation movements and campaigns, and contribute to building a clean and strong Party and political system.

The Provincial Party Secretary expressed confidence that: By upholding the tradition of unity and a high sense of responsibility for the common cause, the newly established agencies and organizations, and the comrades appointed and assigned tasks, will strive to excellently fulfill their assigned duties, contributing to the successful achievement of the goals and tasks for 2025 and the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, creating a solid foundation to join the whole country in confidently moving into a new era - an era of striving for strong, prosperous development.
