At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Viet - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of Duy Xuyen District Party Committee announced Decision No. 1592 of Duy Xuyen District Party Committee on the establishment of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee (in operation from February 11), on the basis of merging the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

At the same time, Decision No. 1593 was announced on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tien - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee in charge of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Decision No. 1595 was announced on the appointment of Ms. Le Thi Thai Hang - Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Decision No. 1594 was announced on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tra Ly - Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Cong Dung - Secretary of Duy Xuyen District Party Committee believed that the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department will soon complete its functions and tasks to operate effectively and efficiently.
