"To make the loan capital effective, the Executive Committee of the Commune Union closely monitors and ensures that borrowers use the capital for the right purpose and repay it on time," said Mr. Bui Anh Tan.

Introduced to borrow capital from the Social Policy Bank, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hau (Hoa Hung hamlet) has expanded and invested in betta fish farming, with over 20 tanks. This model brings his family an average profit of 15 - 20 million VND/month.

“When I received the loan, I invested in equipment, tools and bought more breeds to raise. With the diversity of species combined with introducing and selling on social networking sites, it helps customers know more, business is more favorable than before,” Mr. Nguyen Minh Hau shared.
