On October 28, Rach Kien Commune Police ( Tay Ninh ) informed that they are investigating a case of two women breaking into a school and assaulting a teacher because they suspected him of sending intimate messages to a female student. The incident occurred at RK High School, Rach Kien Commune.
According to the report sent by RK High School to the Department of Education and Training of Tay Ninh province, on October 20, Ms. VTKC (Vice Principal of the school) received a text message from Ms. PTHL (teacher of the school), reflecting that student NTTL (class 10A7) was "doing bad things" to a male teacher.
On October 21, Ms. C. invited L. to her office to investigate. L. said that Mr. NVT (national defense education teacher) had sent intimate messages and had touched her body. She wanted the matter to stop so she could study in peace.

Ms. C. encouraged and asked L. to write a report and present his wishes. The school board also worked with Mr. T., asking him to stop the behavior and not let it happen again.
On October 22, at the meeting, after listening to the student's report, Mr. T. admitted to exchanging intimate messages but denied any physical contact. He admitted his mistake, wrote a self-criticism, and pledged to end all contact with the student.
Afterwards, the School Counseling Board discussed with L. and she agreed with the school's handling.
At 2:25 p.m. on October 27, two women (including L.’s biological mother) came to the school and asked the security guard to let them in, saying they were “discussing their child’s studies.” However, once they were allowed into the school grounds, the two women rushed straight to the equipment room, assaulting Mr. T. and those who tried to stop them.
The school immediately reported to Rach Kien Commune Police to handle the matter. The police arrived shortly after and worked with the school board and the two women involved.
On October 28, the Commune Police continued to invite L.'s parents, along with three other students (L.'s friends) to work to verify the posting of information about the incident on social networks.
