Rules of the clip contest "50 years - Shining the South"

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, Tuoi Tre newspaper in collaboration with EVNSPC organized the clip contest "50 years - Shining the South".

Contestants:

All Vietnamese citizens, organizations, businesses, and people who are currently customers of the electricity industry; reporters, journalists, and electricity industry officials and employees nationwide.

Contest format:

Contest entries are made in the form of short videos (2 - 4 minutes) sent to the program. The organizing committee will select qualified entries to post on EVNSPC's media channels and on Tuoi Tre newspaper platforms (Online, Fanpage, YouTube, TikTok).

Time for receiving entries: From 0:00 on March 11, 2025 to April 30, 3025.

-Clip length: 2 - 4 minutes;

-Specifications: 16:9 frame format; File format: .mp4; Minimum resolution: HD 1080i-25fps; Sound: Stereo, guaranteed clear, no broken sound, standard level -20 dBFS;

- Recorded with a camcorder, camera or mobile phone, tablet with clip recording function;

-Audio elements should avoid copyright infringement;

-Do not contain offensive, dangerous images or images that violate electrical safety regulations. Do not go against Vietnamese customs and laws;

-Creative clips that use infographic graphics, 2D and 3D technology to increase appeal are a plus.

Judging criteria:

The story content is attractive, conveys a clear message, and is suitable for the contest theme;

Contest clips must reflect the true spirit of the contest, have content and meaning, convey humane and inspirational messages;

The clip has investment in script, characters, and commentary, helping to enhance the value of the contest's message;
