Candidates who have not passed the entrance exam or have passed the entrance exam but have not yet confirmed their admission to any training institution can apply to many schools that are organizing additional admission exams in the city.
Candidates wishing to apply for supplementary admission to Hanoi Medical University can submit their applications at the university by 4 PM on September 12th. The university is recruiting an additional 80 students for the Social Work major based on high school graduation exam scores.
The admission combinations include A00 (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry), B00 (Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology), and B08 (Mathematics, Biology, English). The minimum score for application is 17. Social Work is a new major launched this year.
Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment is accepting supplementary applications until September 12th.
The school recruits more than 150 additional positions in Hanoi and the branch in Thanh Hoa , based on 3 methods: Considering high school graduation exam scores, considering academic records, considering the capacity assessment test scores of Hanoi National University in 2025. The results of the additional recruitment will be announced on September 15.
The Logistics Academy accepts applications for additional admission until September 14. The Academy recruits more than 240 students for three majors: Finance - Banking (37 positions), Accounting (135 positions), and Construction Engineering (69 positions).
The minimum score to receive applications based on high school graduation exam scores is 18/30, the capacity assessment scores of Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City are 74/150 and 603/1200 respectively.
The Military Science Academy accepts additional admission applications until September 15, 2025. The Academy will enroll 73 additional students for the Civilian University-level training program in 2025.
Specifically, the English Language major is recruiting an additional 29 students with a minimum application score of 19 points; the Russian Language major is recruiting 27 students with a minimum score of 19.38; and the Chinese Language major is recruiting 17 students with a minimum score of 20.81. Candidates whose total admission score, after converting certificates to foreign language scores and converting HSA and APT competency assessment scores to a 30-point scale, meets or exceeds the above thresholds can apply.
Banking Academy will accept applications for additional admission until 5pm tomorrow (September 10). The Academy will recruit 400 additional positions, of which more than 200 positions will be at the Hanoi headquarters.
At its headquarters in Hanoi, the Academy uses six admission methods: direct admission; admission based on high school academic results; a combination of international certificates and academic scores; V-SAT entrance exam scores; Hanoi National University's aptitude test scores; and the 2025 high school graduation exam scores. The minimum score for application acceptance is equal to the cut-off score for admission in the first round.
Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine accepts additional admission applications until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow (September 10).
The Academy is recruiting an additional 33 students for the Medical program using the following subject combinations: B00 (Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry), D08 (Mathematics, Biology, Foreign Language), A02 (Mathematics, Biology, Physics), X14 (Mathematics, Biology, Informatics), and B03 (Mathematics, Biology, Literature). The minimum application score is 24.25 or higher.
