Author Dao Duc Tuan "painted" a picture of the countryside with: Dreamy rice eyes/ The rice is sleeping when the ears are closed/ Waiting for the harvest to come/ Thousands of happy golden eyes.
On the occasion of International Children's Day June 1, Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper introduces the poems "I visited Hon Chua island" by Nguyen Lam Thang and "Countryside" by Dao Duc Tuan.
