Author Nguyen Lam Thang transformed into a childhood when he and his parents visited a coastal area and saw: A bustling fleet of boats/ Around the coral reefs/ Low-lying clouds/ Waves playfully undulating. Author Dao Duc Tuan "painted" a picture of the countryside with: Dreamy rice eyes/ The rice is sleeping when the ears are closed/ Waiting for the harvest to come/ Thousands of happy golden eyes.
On the occasion of International Children's Day June 1, Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper introduces the poems "I visited Hon Chua island" by Nguyen Lam Thang and "Countryside" by Dao Duc Tuan.

I visited Hon Chua island
Located in the middle of Long Thuy sea
With Hon Dua, Hon Than
The green island of Hon Chua
In the vast wind
The layers of rock are intertwined.
Stretching along white sand
Coconut and casuarina groves
Leaning in the sun
The boat fleet is bustling with joy.
Around the coral reefs
The clouds are low
Waves of fun and undulation
I follow my parents
Embrace the murmuring waves
What a beautiful afternoon!
Colorful sunshine
Red campfire night
Fun with games
Enjoy the whole family
Great food!
I will stay up tonight
Starry sky
I hear in my chest
The waves are crashing.
NGUYEN LAM THANG
Countryside
Crickets chirping
The Wave Choir
The distant shore is vast.
The rice fields rustle shoulder to shoulder.
Green day in the sun
Night comes, the shirt spreads fragrance
Busy making seeds during the day
Night falls, dew drops
Dreamy rice eyes
The rice is sleeping when the ears close.
Waiting for the harvest
Happy golden eyes.
DAO DUC TUAN
