The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that on the night of September 24 and August 25, the Northern and North Central regions will continue to have heavy to very heavy rain, with a risk of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

Weather in specific areas as follows: Hanoi capital, cloudy, moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. North to northwest wind level 2-3, from early tomorrow morning the wind will gradually increase to level 5. Lowest temperature from 23-25°C, highest from 27-29°C.

In the Northwest region, it will be cloudy at night with scattered showers and thunderstorms; cloudy during the day with heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. Light wind. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature will be 22–25°C, below 21°C in some places; the highest will be 27–30°C.

In the Northeast, cloudy, moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms at night, locally very heavy rain; heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms during the day. North to northwest wind level 2-3, from early morning coastal areas from Quang Ninh to Hung Yen have winds gradually increasing to level 6-7, near the storm center level 8-9, gusting to level 11; in inland areas strong wind level 5, in some places level 6, gusting to level 7-8. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts. Lowest temperature from 23-26°C, in mountainous areas below 23°C; highest from 26-29°C.

From Thanh Hoa to Hue, the sky is cloudy. In the North, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms at night, and heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms during the day; in the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. Wind from the north to northwest, level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. In the South Central Coast region, it is cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and at night, and sunny during the day. West to southwest winds at level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature from 24-27°C; highest from 31-34°C.

Central Highlands: Cloudy, scattered showers and thunderstorms; scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, locally heavy rain. Southwest wind level 2-3. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature from 19-22°C; highest from 27-30°C.

In the South, it is cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places; in the late afternoon and evening there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain in some places. Southwest wind level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature from 24-27°C; highest from 30-33°C.

In Ho Chi Minh City, it will be cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the late afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain in some places. Southwest wind level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is from 24-26°C; the highest is from 31-33°C.
