It is forecasted that from the morning of November 16 to the morning of November 18, the area from Quang Tri to Da Nang city, the east of Quang Ngai and Gia Lai provinces will have very heavy rain with rainfall of 200-400 mm, locally over 550 mm. At sea, the Northeast wind is strong at level 6 in the Huyen Tran station area. From the evening and night of November 17, the Northeast wind in the Gulf of Tonkin gradually increases to level 7, sometimes level 8, gusts to level 9, waves 3-5m high, rough seas.
