The midland, coastal plains and Cua Lo will have rain, many places will have moderate to heavy rain. Coastal areas need to be on guard against strong northeast winds of level 4-5.

The meteorological agency also said that in the next 48 hours, Nghe An will continue to be affected by the strengthening of the continental high pressure tongue, combined with high-altitude easterly wind disturbances.
