Notice of adjustment to VietinBank Mastercard Platinum Cashback international card refund policy

1. The cashback offer remains unchanged, specifically:

Whether you spend less than or from 5,000,000 VND per month, VietinBank Mastercard Platinum Cashback always offers an extremely attractive unlimited cashback program:

- Spend from 5,000,000 VND or more:

+ 6% refund for the first 500,000 VND accumulated spending.

+ 1% cashback when spending from 500,000 VND to 8,000,000 VND/month.

+ 0.3% cashback when spending from 8,000,000 VND or more.

- Spend less than 5,000,000 VND per month: 0.2% cashback.

2. Adjust the amount refunded to the account when the minimum refund amount is reached

From April 5, 2024, customers will receive a refund into their account when the accumulated refund amount is enough from 500,000 VND. In case the accumulated refund amount is less than 500,000 VND, it will be accumulated for consideration in the next period. However, by the end of the calendar year, after December 31 of each year, if the accumulated refund amount is still less than 500,000 VND, the accumulated refund value will automatically return to 0.

Each cumulative review period will be calculated from the first day to the last day of the month. For example:

• Period 1: Customer spends and gets 300,000 VND refund during the period, but customer has not received the money because the refund amount is less than 500,000 VND.
• Period 2: Customers spend and in the next period will receive a refund of 215,000 VND. The total accumulated refund after 2 periods is 515,000 VND. Customers will receive 515,000 VND in their VietinBank Mastercard Platinum Cashback International Credit Card account.
