Joining the delegation were Comrade Nguyen Quynh Thien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee. Comrade Tran Thi Bich Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Cang Long District Party Committee, and comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee received and worked with the delegation.
At the working session, the representative of the monitoring delegation approved the conclusion of the Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee's monitoring delegation on the leadership, direction, deployment, dissemination and organization of the implementation of Directive No. 46-CT/TU, dated March 21, 2019 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on strengthening land management in Tra Vinh province; Plan No. 211-KH/TU, dated August 29, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee implementing Conclusion No. 72-KL/TW, dated February 23, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 13-NQ/TW, dated January 16, 2012 of the 11th Party Central Committee on building synchronous infrastructure to basically turn our country into a modern industrialized country in Cang Long district in the past time.
After approving the monitoring conclusion, the delegation members requested Cang Long district to supplement: specific data to prove and explain some contents on land management, administrative procedure reform on land; public land use management; inspection, examination, supervision and handling of violations; implementation of traffic infrastructure; urban development program; investment in upgrading the network ofeducational facilities; construction and investment in medical facilities, public health care; trade and service development; application of science and technology topics; digital transformation in Party and State agencies, reception and handling of complaints and denunciations from people, etc.
The opinions of the members of the monitoring team were specifically explained by representatives of professional agencies.
Comrade Duong Thi Ngoc Tho delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.
Concluding the working session, comrade Duong Thi Ngoc Tho, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the delegation highly appreciated the leadership, direction and management role of the Standing Committee of the Cang Long District Party Committee in the process of implementing the Provincial Party Committee's directive documents to achieve remarkable results. Through this, comrade Duong Thi Ngoc Tho requested the Standing Committee of the Cang Long District Party Committee to further promote the achievements, overcome the shortcomings and limitations, especially to supplement the evidence data requested by the monitoring delegation as soon as possible so that the working delegation can report to the Provincial Party Committee.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of Cang Long District Party Committee, comrade Tran Thi Bich Phuong accepted all the comments of the monitoring delegation, especially the conclusion of the delegation leader. The Secretary of the District Party Committee requested the specialized agencies and the supporting agencies to urgently supplement data for the working delegation to complete the delegation's conclusion in accordance with regulations.
