Unify the contents to be presented at the year-end meeting of the Provincial People's Council

On the afternoon of December 4, Comrade Nguyen Dang Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the expanded meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to prepare the contents of the 9th Session (regular session at the end of 2025). Attending the meeting were Comrade Nguyen Linh, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.

Conference scene

As planned, the Ninth Session will take place from December 9 to 11, 2025. The Session will comprehensively assess the results of the implementation of the socio- economic development tasks in 2025; the goals and tasks of socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province in 2026; the results of work in 2025, the key tasks in 2026 of the Provincial People's Council; announce the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thai Nguyen province participating in government building in 2025... At the Session, there will be a question and answer session; pass important resolutions and carry out personnel work within its authority.

Delegates speaking at the Conference

Currently, preparations for the Session are being carried out to ensure progress. The Provincial People's Committee, judicial agencies, Provincial Social Insurance, and State Bank of Region 5 have submitted all documents to be presented at the Session.
At the Conference, the Provincial People's Council Committees reported on the content of the review that needed to be approved by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council. Basically, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the delegates agreed with the submitted contents. In addition, the delegates requested the specialized agencies of the province to clarify some contents in the submission and draft resolution.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council concluded the Conference.

Concluding the Conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Binh emphasized that this is an important meeting, deciding on many major contents, orienting resources for 2026 and the following stages. The meeting will review and approve many important mechanisms and policies of the province. He acknowledged the sense of responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Council committees in the process of preparing and reviewing the contents.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the specialized agencies to soon issue written explanations for the contents that need further clarification; the Provincial People's Council committees complete the entire verification report. The Provincial People's Committee directed the specialized agencies to complete the submission, draft resolution, reports, ensuring strictness and compliance with regulations for the units and delegates of the Provincial People's Council to study, speak at the Session as well as give opinions at the question and answer session, ensuring the success of the Session.
