Dear comrades!

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the 164th Artillery Brigade, 12th Corps (October 25, 1954 - October 25, 2024), on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, I would like to send my warmest regards and best wishes to all officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers who have worked and are working at the 164th Artillery Brigade.

Over 70 years of construction, fighting and growing up, under the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, directly the Party Committee and the Command of the 12th Corps; with the attention and enthusiastic support of the Party Committees, authorities and people of localities; with the close and effective coordination and cooperation of agencies and units inside and outside the Army; generations of officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the 164th Artillery Brigade have promoted the good nature and glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army; united, self-reliant, resourceful, creative, brave, resilient, good at fighting, accurate shooting, achieving many outstanding feats in combat and achieving many high achievements in training, combat readiness, drills, competitions and sports; actively participated in building new rural areas, gratitude activities in the area where he was stationed, was awarded the "Determination to defeat the American invaders" flag by President Ho Chi Minh , was awarded the title of Heroic Unit of the People's Armed Forces by the Party and State and many other noble awards; actively contributed to the cause of national liberation struggle, fulfilled international obligations, built and firmly protected the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
