Based on the system of documents and inspection results reports sent by the units, the Department of Drug Administration decided to revoke the Certificate of "Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics" No. 53/GCN-QLD issued on January 21, 2025, issued together with Decision No. 53/QDQLD dated January 21, 2025 of the Director of the Department of Drug Administration on granting the Certificate of compliance with the principles and standards of "Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics" of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (CGMP-ASEAN) for the Joint Stock Company.

The reason for the recall is “Failure to comply with the principles and standards of “Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics” of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (CGMP-ASEAN).

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.

Decision No. 53/QD-QLD dated January 21, 2025 of the Director of the Department of Drug Administration on granting the Certificate of compliance with the principles and standards of "Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics" to EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company is no longer valid.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of Dong Nai province to review and inspect the conditions for cosmetics production to revoke the Certificate of Eligibility for Cosmetics Production No. 24/CNĐĐKSXMP-ĐN issued on January 10, 2025 for EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company according to the provisions of Decree No. 93/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government regulating the conditions for cosmetics production.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health and the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Health shall implement measures to manage and supervise cosmetic products manufactured before the date the Certificate of Eligibility for Cosmetic Production of the facility was revoked; handle violations according to regulations. At the same time, transfer the records of violations of VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited (address: Mezzanine floor of Dai Thanh Binh Building, No. 911-913-915-917 Nguyen Trai, Ward 14, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) and EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company (Road No. 6, Giang Dien Industrial Park, Giang Dien Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province) to the Police Agency for investigation and handling of violations according to authority.
