10 health food products by Nam Viet Biotechnology Joint Stock Company have their product declaration registration certificates revoked.
Revoke the validity of the product declaration registration receipt No. 3198/2021/DKSP dated April 9, 2021 of the health protection food product CHOCODIET announced by Loewy Brand Company Limited (address: No. 310/40 Pham Van Chieu Street, Ward 9, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City), which has now changed its name and address to Staywell Trading Company Limited (address: 100/46 Street No. 3, Ward 8, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City).
Revoke the validity of the product declaration registration certificate No. 8397/2020/DKSP dated August 31, 2020 of the health protection food product SADI SLIM PLUS announced by Hoang Huy Organic Trading and Development Company Limited (address: No. 6, lane 565, Lac Long Quan street, Xuan La ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi ).
