Currently, in Hoa Binh province, there are still thousands of martyrs whose identities have not been determined. The organization of DNA sample collection for mothers and relatives of martyrs whose identities have not been determined will help to quickly find the graves and remains of martyrs to serve the search, early collection, and return of heroic martyrs to their families.
The implementation of DNA sampling of martyrs’ relatives carries deep humanistic values, expressing the deep gratitude of the younger generation to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. At the same time, it contributes to easing the pain of families who still do not know the resting place of their loved ones.
