The two sides also discussed and analyzed inappropriate content that needed to be adjusted; at the same time, they clarified the development of criteria for delimiting mountainous and highland areas and many important contents surrounding the Report.

The demarcation of mountainous and highland areas is necessary, as a basis for organizing State management solutions and building a number of appropriate policies on investment, socio-economic development, and stabilizing people's lives.

Deputy Minister, Vice Chairman of the Committee for Ethnic Minorities Y Vinh Tor highly appreciated the opinions and contributions of the delegates. Based on the opinions, contents of the discussions and proposals, the Committee for Ethnic Minorities will assign specialized units to coordinate and discuss to complete the Report on the delimitation of mountainous and highland areas.

Deputy Minister and Vice Chairman Y Vinh Tor hopes that the National Assembly's Ethnic Council and the Ethnic Committee will continue to closely coordinate to effectively implement related tasks.
