Prime Minister awards 'National Merit' Certificate to 6 martyrs who died in Dak Lak

The martyrs awarded the "Fatherland's Gratitude" Certificate are:

Martyr Hoang Trung, People's Police Major, police officer of Ea Ktur commune, Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province. Originally from Nghi Thu ward, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province. Date of death: June 11, 2023.

Martyr Tran Quoc Thang, People's Police Major, police officer of Ea Tieu commune, Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province. Originally from Thach Binh commune, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province. Date of death: June 11, 2023.

Martyr Ha Tuan Anh, Captain of the People's Police, police officer of Ea Tieu commune, Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province. Originally from Dong Loi commune, Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province. Date of death: June 11, 2023.

Martyr Nguyen Dang Nhan, Captain of the People's Police, police officer of Ea Ktur commune, Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province. Originally from Tan Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province. Date of death: June 11, 2023.

Martyr Nguyen Van Kien, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ea Ktur Commune, Cu Kuin District, Dak Lak Province. Originally from Lien Nghia Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province. Date of death: June 11, 2023.

Martyr Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea Tieu Commune, Cu Kuin District, Dak Lak Province. Originally from Hung Tien Commune, Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province. Date of death: June 11, 2023.

Previously, in the early morning of June 11, 2023, in Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province, a group of people used guns to attack the headquarters of the People's Committee of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes, killing and injuring a number of commune police officers, commune officials and people.

As of 6:30 p.m. on June 12, the authorities had arrested 27 suspects responsible for the incident. The police are still coordinating to arrest the suspects, investigate, and strictly handle them according to the law.
