Below are natural liver cleansing foods that purify your body every day that you can refer to and apply.

Water

Water accounts for 70% of the body's weight and plays an important role in all metabolic activities between organs. Water helps lubricate joints, regulate body temperature, remove waste, and support the digestive system. Water transports waste and eliminates them through sweat, urine, and breathing. Therefore, drinking plenty of water is very helpful in restoring your liver.

On average, a person should consume about 1.5 - 2 liters of water per day when in a normal state of activity. In case you do high-intensity physical exercise, or stay in the sun for a long time, you need to drink more water.

Turmeric starch

Curcumin is the main ingredient of turmeric starch, which has the effect of purifying the blood, cleansing the liver and eliminating toxins.
