The recommended dose is 100-150ml/time, should drink 1-2 times/day, use as a soft drink but do not completely replace filtered water.

Roast 100g of green-heart black beans (without peeling) until lightly fragrant. The roasting process helps significantly reduce oligosaccharides - a substance that causes bloating due to indigestion. In addition, roasting also helps reduce the cold properties of beans, suitable for people with weak spleen and stomach.

Simmer this amount of beans with 1.2 - 1.5 liters of water for 30 - 40 minutes. You can drink both the water and the beans, warm or cold depending on your health condition.

Black bean sweet soup can have a cooling effect, but not as much as roasted/diluted black bean water. When too much sugar is added, black bean sweet soup becomes a high-energy dish, easily causing insulin spikes and mild heat production - especially for people who are obese, diabetic, or have a hot body because sugar reduces the cooling effect and generates internal heat if consumed in large amounts.

In terms of science and traditional medicine, green bean water can be used instead of black bean water in some cases, but it is not completely equivalent. Because each type has different biological and pharmacological properties.

The unique effect of green beans is that they quickly cool the body, support liver detoxification, and are suitable for people with heat poisoning, acne, and hot liver.
