"Sir Jim Ratcliffe will not be involved in the £1.5 billion Old Trafford stadium construction project. He will instead allocate around £245 million (the value of a 25% stake in Manchester United) to improve the club's infrastructure. In addition, he will sell at least three top players during the winter transfer window in early 2024," the Daily Mail reported.

Three stars who will be "asked to leave" by Sir Jim Ratcliffe are Antony, Jadon Sancho, and Anthony Martial. These players have been underperforming recently, contributing little to Manchester United's style of play. Jadon Sancho even faced internal disciplinary action due to disagreements with manager Erik ten Hag.
"The departure of these three top stars will be among the first tasks Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his associates will undertake when they take control of football operations, beginning the restructuring of the Manchester United squad. In addition, there will be changes or additions to the executive and technical director positions at MU," the Daily Mail reported.
"Besides internal restructuring at Manchester United, Sir Jim Ratcliffe will be reviewing alternative plans to renovate or expand Old Trafford, as well as improve facilities in and around the famous stadium. The Carrington training ground will also undergo significant upgrades with an estimated cost of between £150 million and £200 million," the Daily Mail revealed.

Old Trafford is a historic and iconic stadium in English football, but it has been in disrepair for many years, with its roofs leaking for years. Compared to the newer stadiums of clubs like Man City or Tottenham, the current Old Trafford is simply incomparable.
When the American Glazer owners put Manchester United up for sale, Old Trafford was part of a planned £1.5 billion rebuilding project. However, the deal fell through when the Glazers refused to sell the club to Qatari businessmen (who offered nearly £6 billion), but agreed to sell 25% of the shares to British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
Despite facing many difficulties, Manchester United (in red shirts) have now risen to 6th place in the English Premier League.
Manchester United are going through a difficult period with declining results, but Erik ten Hag's team just secured a 1-0 victory against Luton Town, moving them up to sixth place in the Premier League.
