Circular 05/2024/TT-BNV of the Ministry of Interior , effective from August 15, 2024, stipulates the standards and conditions for promotion to Grade II and Grade I for administrative civil servants as follows.
Consideration for promotion of clerical and archiving staff.
In addition to administrative staff, Circular 05/2024/TT-BNV also stipulates the standards and conditions for promotion to Grade II for document clerks and archivists as follows.
