Drowning victim found in Van Tuong commune

QNgTV- In Van Tuong commune, after three hours of urgent searching, on the morning of October 29, authorities found the body of a 64-year-old woman swept away by water in the Ca Ninh river.

At around 7:30 this morning, some people fishing on the Ca Ninh River discovered the conical hat and basket of Ms. Do Thi Ngan, 64 years old, floating freely on the river, in area 4, Phu Long 3 village, Van Tuong commune.

Suspecting someone was in trouble, the people immediately reported to the local authorities. Upon receiving the news, the People's Committee of Van Tuong commune mobilized military and police forces and local people to organize a search.

The Chairman of Van Tuong Commune People's Committee was present to direct the search work, and at the same time visited and shared the loss with the victim's family.

At 10:20 this morning, the victim's body was discovered near the place where he went missing and handed over to his family for funeral arrangements.
