STEM credit has become a fulcrum for Ha Tinh students to pursue their dreams of knowledge.

STEM credit capital is opening up learning opportunities for many Ha Tinh students. In order for the policy to be truly effective, in addition to the efforts of the Social Policy Bank in timely disbursement, it is necessary to have the support of entrusted socio-political organizations, local authorities and borrowers in using capital for the right purpose and effectively, avoiding the mentality of waiting and relying. That is not only the responsibility with the preferential capital of the State, but also the way for each student and each family to join hands in cultivating high-quality human resources, contributing to making Ha Tinh a bright spot in the development of science, technology and innovation in the future.
