Blockchain security - an important infrastructure element for many economic sectors

On August 1 and 2, GM Vietnam 2025 took place at the National Convention Center in Hanoi - Asia's leading blockchain, digital asset and investment technology event organized by SSI Digital and Kyros Ventures under the auspices of the National Cyber Security Association.

The event attracted more than 20,000 attendees, bringing together investment companies, technology startups, banks, management agencies, individual investors...

Including 200 leading domestic and international speakers from Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong (China), the United States... who are business leaders, developers, investment funds, and financial experts.

All eyes are on Vietnam - not just as an emerging market but as a country that is reaching out to lead, affirming that Vietnam can become the leading digital asset center in the region.

GM Vietnam 2025 is not only a stage to showcase investment technology but also a strategic roundtable for the future of digital assets and blockchain, providing multi-dimensional perspectives and inspiring initiatives to position the country on the global blockchain map.

News at the event, experts discussed issues related to the legal framework for digital assets and sandbox mechanisms, system safety and security, decoding investment maps...

Mr. Thuat Nguyen - founder and director of Kyros Investment Fund, said that since 2022, blockchain projects founded by Vietnamese people have begun to be internationally recognized, both in terms of technology and scale.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Minh Chinh - Permanent Vice President of the National Cyber Security Association, said that Vietnam is entering the digital era, the era of national development with the goal that by 2030 blockchain will be one of the contents of digital transformation to form important development infrastructure for many economic sectors. Therefore, building a safe blockchain ecosystem is a shared responsibility of the whole society.

According to Mr. Vu Ngoc Son - Head of the Department of Research, Consulting, Technology Development and International Cooperation, National Cyber Security Association, 4 strategic pillars need to be implemented for Vietnam to truly become a blockchain security center: legal framework - the foundation for all sustainable activities; technology and technical standardization - digital trading floors need to have cybersecurity standards similar to the traditional banking industry; people - the management team, developers and users need to be raised awareness and understanding of cybersecurity.

International cooperation is especially essential in the context of globally active attack groups, helping countries share information and databases on criminals.

The source of glory deeply grateful to compatriots and soldiers

On the evening of August 2, at ATK Square (Dinh Hoa Commune, Thai Nguyen Province), the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army organized a special art program with the theme "Source of Glory".

This is an activity towards the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army on September 7.

Attending the program were General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense; General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense; leaders of Thai Nguyen province and many people.

On the same afternoon, the delegation of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and General Vo Nguyen Giap at the ATK Dinh Hoa historical and ecological relic site.

On this occasion, the inauguration and handover of the multi-purpose building of Hoang Ngan Secondary School and 6 classrooms at Diem Mac Kindergarten, Phu Dinh commune.

This is a gift from the General Staff to the people, teachers and students, expressing the gratitude and deep appreciation of generations of cadres and soldiers; giving many meaningful gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services to the revolution.

Epic of the Vietnam People's Public Security

On the evening of August 2, the Ministry of Public Security organized a special art program with the theme "The Epic of the Vietnam People's Public Security". This program is to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day on August 19 and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.

Attending the program were Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac; General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security.

"The Epic of the Vietnam People's Public Security" includes many elaborate performances like epic symphonies, rich in images and emotions.

In particular, new works such as Nguyen The Vi Binh An (composed by Nguyen Van Chung), Nguyen La Nguoi Viet Nam, Giua Hoa Binh, Dan Ta Hat Dan Ca ... were introduced to the audience for the first time.

With a grand scale, the program has the participation of many famous artists: Nguyen Tran Trung Quan, Vo Ha Tram, violinist Anh Tu, captain, singer Tran Thu Huong... and professional dance troupes.

Previously, from 5-6pm on the same day, at the Hoan Kiem Lake walking street area (from the Hang Khay - Dinh Tien Hoang intersection to the Cam Tu monument), a special technical and professional performance program of the People's Public Security force took place.

This is a large-scale performance, held in the middle of the central walking street of the capital with the participation of elite officers, soldiers and many modern specialized vehicles.

The performances not only demonstrate physical strength and steel spirit but also have high aesthetic value, helping people better understand the silent but extremely difficult work of the People's Public Security force.
