It is expected that from September 14, the Council will be organized to appraise the zoning plan for approval.

In addition, the procedures for preparing an environmental impact assessment report are being implemented, striving to have an approval decision from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment by October 30. Topographic and geological surveys are being urgently carried out to promptly submit the appraisal dossier for the feasibility study report. Land acquisition and site clearance compensation have also been initially implemented...

Emphasizing the significance of the Phu Binh Industrial Park Project for socio-economic development, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that communes in the project area proactively coordinate with investors and related sectors to collect public opinions on planning and environmental impact assessment, which must be completed by 4:00 p.m. on September 10 at the latest. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of policies to create high consensus among the people. The entire political system, together with investors and functional agencies, focus on site clearance, striving to hand over 30 to 50 hectares of clean land to serve the project's commencement by December 10, 2025.

For functional departments and branches, it is necessary to clearly understand their responsibilities and coordinate regularly and closely with investors and localities during project implementation. On the basis of compliance with legal regulations, units proactively review and shorten the time to implement administrative procedures and processes to speed up progress. Each cadre, branch and unit must uphold a sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, and work with the highest goal of being for the common good.

The Phu Binh Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project was approved in principle by the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2516/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2025. The project is implemented in 03 communes: Tan Thanh, Phu Binh and Kha Son with a total area of ​​675 hectares.
