Specifically, Saigon Telecommunications Technology Joint Stock Company is the investor in both of these industrial clusters. Of which, Tan Phu 1 Industrial Cluster has a scale of 74.5 hectares, Tan Phu 2 Industrial Cluster has a scale of 56.5 hectares. Both are located in Dong Cao and Tan Phu wards, convenient for traffic connection and development.

This project has an operating period of up to 50 years, starting from the date the decision takes effect. In particular, the progress of basic construction and putting into operation is set to be quite "lightning fast", expected to be completed from the second quarter of 2021 to the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.
The main objective of these two industrial clusters is to trade in real estate, land use rights, as well as leasing industrial cluster infrastructure, warehouses, factories and goods storage services. This means that more businesses will come here to invest in production, creating thousands of jobs for local people.
To ensure the project is completed on time and meets quality standards, the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee has assigned departments, branches and local authorities to closely coordinate and provide maximum support to investors. At the same time, inspection and supervision work will also be strengthened to ensure everything is carried out in accordance with regulations.

According to the plan, by 2030, Thai Nguyen province will have a total of 41 industrial clusters with an area of over 2,000 hectares. Up to now, the province has had 27/41 industrial clusters established, with a total registered capital of nearly 11,000 billion VND. In April alone, capital for site clearance and infrastructure construction increased by 124 billion VND, reaching about 3,884 billion VND.
The approval of investment in Tan Phu 1 and Tan Phu 2 Industrial Clusters is not only an important step in completing Thai Nguyen's industrial infrastructure but also affirms the province's strong investment attraction.
