Organize all matches of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Championship Finals on FIFA-standard fields

All matches in the final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 will be held at Ton Duc Thang University Stadium (HCMC).

On the afternoon of October 25, after conducting measurements and inspections, the tournament organizing committee decided to hold all matches of the 2025 Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament finals at Ton Duc Thang University Stadium (HCMC).

The decision was made to ensure that the players of the 16 teams can compete on the highest quality field. This will help reduce injuries and improve the professionalism of the tournament.

The final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 brings together the 16 best football teams nationwide, competing from October 31 to November 2.

On October 27, the organizing committee will conduct the draw to divide the groups for the final round.

FIFA standard football field

Ton Duc Thang University Stadium has long been praised as a "paradise of amateur football" as it meets FIFA 2-star standards with a capacity of up to 7,500 seats.

Mr. Nguyen The Nghia - head of the gymnasium and stadium team - said the field surface was put into use in 2013 but still maintains high quality.

"The secret lies in the quality of the materials from the beginning and a strict maintenance process. The artificial grass and lighting system are both imported from Italy. After more than 10 years, the grass is still very good and has not needed to be replaced," Mr. Nghia shared.

To keep this “paradise” in top condition, maintenance work is carried out regularly and continuously. Every week, the management team conducts a yard work to ensure the grass is always loose and the rubber granules are evenly spread.

The drainage system around the field is checked regularly to avoid flooding when it rains. In particular, the school has very strict regulations about not using the field for non -sport activities. At the same time, it is not allowed to bring inappropriate items into the field to protect the grass as much as possible.

Competing on a high quality field will help players have the best mentality, show off all their skills and more importantly, minimize injuries.

16 teams participating in the final round

Southern region (10 teams) : Da Nang Trade Union, Sacombank , Sawaco, Dong Nai 1 Trade Union, Quang Ngai Trade Union, Khanh Hoa Trade Union, An Giang Trade Union, Le Bao Minh, Dong Nai 3 Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union 2.

Northern region (6 teams): Hai Phong Trade Union, Bac Ninh 1 Trade Union, Vietnam Bank Trade Union, People's Police Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union, Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union.

In 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Football Federation and Tuoi Tre newspaper will continue to coordinate to organize the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament. Entering its third year of organization, the tournament has affirmed its position as an annual and prestigious playground for workers, civil servants and laborers across the country; contributing to promoting the movement of physical exercise and sports, improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants and laborers in particular and the whole society in general.

This year's tournament is honored to receive the support of Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO), Dong Luc Sports Group, HTP Pharmaceutical Investment Joint Stock Company, Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Group, Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO), Fashion Connection Joint Stock Company (Faslink), 108 Central Military Hospital, 175 Military Hospital and a number of enterprises.
