All matches in the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Championship Finals will be held at the Ton Duc Thang University Stadium (Ho Chi Minh City).

On the afternoon of October 25th, after conducting measurements and inspections, the organizing committee decided to hold all matches of the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Championship Finals at the Ton Duc Thang University Stadium (Ho Chi Minh City).

The decision was made to ensure that players from the 16 teams could compete on the highest quality pitches. This would help reduce injuries and improve the professionalism of the tournament.

The final round of the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Tournament brings together 16 of the best teams nationwide, competing from October 31st to November 2nd.

On October 27th, the organizing committee will conduct the draw to divide the teams into groups for the finals.

The Ton Duc Thang University Stadium has long been praised as "the paradise of amateur football" as it meets FIFA 2-star standards with a capacity of up to 7,500 seats.

Mr. Nguyen The Nghia, head of the stadium and sports arena management team, said that the pitch has been in use since 2013 but has maintained its high quality to this day.

"The secret lies in the quality of materials from the start and a rigorous maintenance process. The artificial turf and lighting system are both imported from Italy. After more than 10 years, the turf is still in excellent condition and doesn't need replacing," Mr. Nghia shared.

To keep this "paradise" in top condition, regular and continuous maintenance is carried out. Every week, the management team brushes the field to ensure the grass is always loose and the rubber granules are evenly distributed.

The drainage system around the field is regularly inspected to prevent flooding during rainy weather. In particular, the school has very strict regulations prohibiting the use of the field for non -sports activities. Furthermore, inappropriate items are not allowed on the field to best protect the turf.

Playing on a high-quality pitch will help players maintain their best mental state, showcase their skills to the fullest, and, more importantly, minimize injuries.

Southern Region (10 teams) : Da Nang Trade Union, Sacombank , Sawaco, Dong Nai Trade Union 1, Quang Ngai Trade Union, Khanh Hoa Trade Union, An Giang Trade Union, Le Bao Minh, Dong Nai Trade Union 3 and Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union 2.

Northern Region (6 teams): Hai Phong Trade Union, Bac Ninh 1 Trade Union, Vietnam Banking Trade Union, People's Police Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union, Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union.

In 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Football Federation, and Tuoi Tre newspaper will continue to cooperate in organizing the Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Tournament. Entering its third year, the tournament has affirmed its position as a prestigious annual event for workers, public employees, and laborers nationwide; contributing to promoting physical exercise and sports, and improving the cultural and spiritual lives of workers, public employees, and laborers in particular, and society as a whole.

This year's tournament is honored to have the support of Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO), Dong Luc Sports Group, HTP Pharmaceutical Investment Joint Stock Company, Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Group, Saigon Water Supply Corporation (SAWACO), Faslink Joint Stock Company, Military Central Hospital 108, Military Hospital 175, and several other businesses.
