The Provincial Military Command also strives to develop socio-economic aspects and carry out local military and national defense tasks, especially advising the local Party committee and government on issuing policies and directives to build a national defense system and a people's defense posture linked with a people's security posture, building an increasingly solid provincial defense zone; comprehensively implementing all aspects of local defense and military work in a synchronized and effective manner. At the same time, it actively participates in the province's socio-economic development activities; and promptly supports the people during difficult times.

General Secretary To Lam commended, highly appreciated, and acknowledged the outstanding achievements of the Party Committee, government, and people of Binh Duong province. Regarding the key directions and tasks for the coming period, the General Secretary emphasized that Binh Duong province must fully prepare and create important momentum to join the whole country in entering a new era. Focus on developing and applying science and technology to production, implementing digital transformation, restructuring the economy, green economy, and ecological industry; building a digital government, digital economy, digital society, and digital citizens…; continuously developing socio-economic aspects while maintaining national defense and security.

The General Secretary requested the provincial armed forces to continue to thoroughly understand and effectively implement the Party's resolutions, especially the Resolution on the Strategy for National Defense in the new situation; to build a national defense system and a national defense posture linked with a people's security posture, and to build an increasingly solid provincial defense zone; to maintain stability in security and order, creating conditions for socio-economic development and improving the lives of the people...
